GrowDay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the GrowDay mobile application.

We collect the following information when you create an account:

• Your name and email address
• Your baby's name, date of birth, birth week, and gender (optional)
• Activity completions and milestone progress

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide personalized daily activities based on your baby's age
• Track milestone progress and activity completions
• Improve the app experience
• Send push notifications (only if you opt in)

3. Firebase Services

GrowDay uses Google Firebase to power our backend. Firebase may collect certain technical data including device identifiers and usage analytics. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We use the following Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication – to manage your account
• Cloud Firestore – to store your profile and progress data
• Firebase Analytics – to understand how the app is used
• Firebase Crashlytics – to detect and fix crashes

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Children's Privacy

GrowDay is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children. We collect information about babies only to personalize content for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with service providers (such as Google Firebase) necessary to operate the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information at any time via the app
• Delete your account and all associated data from within the app
• Opt out of analytics collection by uninstalling the app

8. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app: go to My Account → Delete Account. All your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
