By downloading, installing, or using GrowDay, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
GrowDay is a mobile application that provides daily development activities and milestone tracking for parents and caregivers of babies aged 0–3 years. Content is personalized based on the baby's corrected age.
The content provided in GrowDay is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider with questions about your child's development.

GrowDay may offer premium features through a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the App Store's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel a subscription, go to your device's App Store settings → Subscriptions.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All content in GrowDay including text, images, activities, and design is owned by GrowDay and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

GrowDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
